PEAK Leadership Team Coaching

We help you develop integrated, high-performing teams based on PEAK Leadership Practices. We use coaching as the key methodology, which results in raising both awareness and responsibility in the team members. We use the PEAK Leadership Practices as our fundamental philosophy for developing a powerful team with a PEAK culture.

Collaboration is the key. Every team is unique and each company has it’s own culture so we work closely with you to develop specific outcomes and to generate an action plan to get the results you want for your team. The result is a team that is operating at a high level, using both PEAK principles and PEAK Leadership Practices.

The team knows itself best. We provide a powerful online team survey that allows the team to assess itself on a range of team qualities and to candidly (and anonymously) express their opinions and beliefs about the dynamics of the team. Based on the results we design an offsite where the team will get an accurate picture of how they view themselves now and begin to see the gap between that and the optimal culture they desire. With this accurate baseline and specifically designed PEAK Leadership coaching exercises, IdeaTribe Consultants will set the team on the path to sustainable improvement.

We do what works. The most effective way for people to learn and grow is to through their own experience. That’s why all of our programs are experientially-based. We use an interactive model that requires each attendee to participate fully and play an active role in their own development.

We empower the team. In the initial part of the engagement, the IdeaTribe consultants lead the process. As the team becomes more skilled in the PEAK practices, we move into a supporting role, helping the team to hold the focus on developing their leadership and team culture and achieve their desired results.

You’ll often see immediate results. Beginning with intensive, two-day sessions, IdeaTribe coaches energize the team and provide tools and practices that work. Improvements in the way the team operates are often immediate. Monthly follow-up sessions ensure that the changes are sustained and become ingrained in the fabric of the team. Our team coaching engagements are typically six months to a year in duration.

Results you can measure. At the end of six months, the team takes the assessment again and the results are compared to the original baseline. You will clearly see the return on your investment.
